Summary: 0007599: Skills/Spells autotargeting beyond maximum range in trunk
Description: Recently in 0.14 trunk (currently 0.14-a0-119-g4e89e70) I've noticed skills autotargeting at out of range monsters if there are none in range. This is happening with both breath abilities and with spells, and with both initial targeting and cycling through targets with - or =. This seems to have started around when the jump attack was added to trunk.

Fixed in trunk (0.14-a0-137-gd4ba563), thanks! Hopefully I didn't break jump attack in the process (my testing worked, but I don't know the corner cases as well as gammafunk).
