0007359: Errors presented when starting new game in Linux Tiles Trunk (buggy flail & buggy ebony casket)
After choosing to start a new game and before the background/race selection comes up (note: not when loading an old game), the following text appears:

Warning: Crawl encountered errors during startup:
Bad name for item name cache: buggy flail
Bad name for item name cache: buggy ebony casket
Bad name for item name cache: buggy flail
Bad name for item name cache: buggy ebony casket

Pressing enter or clicking continues to species selection. Going wizard mode and trying to make a flail seems to work perfectly. Making ebony casket gives a ? as its sprite, the name "buggy ebony casket" and the description:

[ERROR: no desc for item name 'buggy ebony casket']

Creating the item 'buggy flail' works, which appears to be identical to a flail, but with the name '+0, +0 buggy flail' and description

[ERROR: no desc for item name 'buggy flail']

My mistake. This should have reproducability 'always', but I'm not sure how/if I can edit it.

I should probably clarify that this was on Ubuntu 12.10, immediately after auto-updating to the version stated through the Debian trunk software source.

Fixed in the latest trunk (0.13-a0-2475-g4c86f18; about 19 hours newer than the version you're running).
