Summary: 0005495: Carrying phoenix chunks makes other phoenix resurrection messages "from your pack"
Description: Find multiple phoenixes, kill and butcher one, then carry said phoenix chunks. Go to second phoenix, kill it and wait for the corpse to resurrect, get the message "The phoenix is reborn from your pack in a blaze of fire!". Text issues!

I could not reproduce the problem, but it appeared to be an uninitialised variable causing it---and it could probably happen even if you're not carrying phoenix chunks at all. Assuming that is the issue here, it should be fixed in trunk (0.11-a0-766-gf695f9f) and stable (0.10.1-31-gd9a874c).
