Summary: 0011772: Level/staircase/vault generation bug in depths
Description: Generated a vault that can't be accessed by any staircases, save for one up staircase enclosed in a small vault with metal walls and no door.

Judging by the picture, you have at least one undiscovered downstairs. So it could be very well accessed from U:3.

The picture is deceiving. Looking in the save U:2 has two connected components, as does U:3. The connected component of U:3 with no other stairs connects to its counterpart on U:2.
