0011469: When standing adjacent to a wall, orb of destruction fails to appear without any signs of having hit the wall
1. Stand adjacent to any wall.
2. Choose an aim on a monster that is going to be hard to hit with the orb of destruction. You can guess that this orb probably won't hit the monster, won't make it to the monster.
3. Fire the orb.

Error -

What you should be seeing is that the orb fails to appear without any message such as 'your orb hit the wall', or any smoke which shows a detonation of the orb.
