Upd. I've modified heap of items on that tile (carried some of them to other tiles). Now autoexploring is ping-ponging Me between several tiles, each of them contains poisonous chunk. (Again, chunks aren't on autopickup.)

As far as I understand what happens is that two piles contain chunks, which I would autopickup, just my inventory is full.

What version are you on? It was my understanding this was fixed in (0.16-a0-1550-g2008e14)

I just experienced this on webtiles, version 0.16-a0-2156-g7e03aa0. It was a tile with mutagenic chunks (which weren't marked as autopickup for me) and my pack wasn't full, if that helps.

I don't have a save that exhibits this behavior, unfortunately.
