Summary 0008217: ENCH_WRETCHED not removable via divine blessing
Description ENCH_WRETCHED is set or incremented when a monster is hit by a malmutate effect.

15:57 <Sequell> misshapen and mutated[1/1]: Examined monster is wretched to
some degree. This effect applies a speed penalty when first
acquired, as well as increasing armour, evasion, and damage
penalties as more mutations are received. Caused by the
                malmutate spell.

Once inflicted on a monster, this status is permanent and cannot be removed, even via divine blessings (Beogh, TSO). While not a big deal for enemies and summons, it can be a big deal for permanent allies. Is this behavior intended or should ENCH_WRETCHED be removable as is the case with other permanent negative effects? (such as rot, cursed items).

I don't see any reason not to allow this, so it's in.
