Summary 0006926: casting poisonous cloud on yourself prompts even with poison resistance
Description attempting to cast poisonous cloud on yourself prompts even with poison resistance. this used to not ask you if you had poison resistance, but now it does and I don't think this was an intentional change

 There are a ton of strange inconsistencies with poisonous and mephitic cloud and variations prompts; 0005295 has numerous such issues related to it.

Several of these type of issues were fixed recently but many still remain, and maybe new ones have crept in.

The area of cloud spell targetting and resistances might need slightly overhauling in general, as I think this applies to some other cloud types too.
