0005346: Skills help text in Hints mode is confusing and/or wrong

Description

I'm playing Crawl for the first time, so I tried the Hints mode. When I press "m" to show the skills screen, some purple text is shown at the bottom.

It mentions a "cyan percent value", which I don't see anywhere.

"You can toggle which skills to train" - this doesn't seem to work

"Press ! to learn about skill training" - also doesn't work

It would appear, after trying another game in the normal mode, that the skills screen is somehow modified in hints mode and tutorial, but it's very confusing.

(0026223) sgrunt (administrator) 2014-05-20 02:56	The mention of cyan percent values went away in 0.11-a0-226-g2f02e13, the toggling of skills in the menu in tutorial/hints mode was fixed by 0.14.1-6-g532242b / 0.15-a0-915-gdde538d, and the mention of ! went away in 0.14.1-7-g74c9c2a / 0.15-a0-916-g5fe76d3. Thus, the problems listed have all been addressed.
