Summary 0003212: Naga Transmuter punching while blade hands active
Description My Naga Transmuter was somehow able to punch Norbert while using blade hands as shown in the screenshot. I have managed to reproduce this effect in wizard mode with another Naga transmuter, but it took a few tries to reproduce. I got the bug to reproduce after spawning Norbert a few times, and it also worked on Wayne and a death drake.

 Punches are offhands aux attacks that miss, no-damage offhand aux attacks are slices, and "hits" are no-damage normal slices and normal slices with very low stats? I think?
