In fairness, as a Formicid you'd have no trouble at all getting to Tomb:2 - just shaft yourself! Getting back out of Tomb would be a bit of a problem, though... This vault was tomb_1_centre_old, which clearly has a chance to place a sarcophagus intentionally in the player's way. Maybe this was a good idea when players were "guaranteed" to be able to blow them up, but with Ru this is indeed no longer a certainty. Fixed in https://github.com/crawl/crawl/commit/d27e9dc1eedf.
