0010751: Cloud Mage damaged by his own clouds. (FR: Make him immune to all clouds)

Description

In the cloud mage wizlab portal vault:

_Kikhlani creates a blast of poison gas!
_Kikhlani is engulfed in poison gas. Kikhlani is poisoned.
_Kikhlani is engulfed in poison gas. Kikhlani looks even sicker.
Kikhlani looks even sicker.

etc. I wasn't paying close enough attention to know if he wandered into the poison cloud, or if he cast it on top of himself.

There are multiple ways this could be addressed, but I think the simplest and most flavorful is to give him total cloud immunity, just like the player can get from Qaz.

(0031196) Claws (developer) 2016-10-29 23:07	The Cloud Mage had Control Winds for a short while, so that clouds would move away from him, but then that spell was removed, so in trunk / the 0.19 release coming up shortly he lost all cloud spells and gained Tornado instead. I liked the notion of Cloud Cone + Control Winds for a threat, but without the former a non-Lom Tornado caster works fine enough. As such, this is a non-issue.
