0009699: Plutonium Sword isn't marked as hated by Zin

Description

The Plutonium Sword's description and color do not indicate that it would offend Zin, and unlike most unholy/chaotic items there is no "You really shouldn't be using this" message if it is wielded by a foolish Zin-worshipping character. This doesn't make much sense since Zin *does* place the player on penance if the player hits something with it and gets its polymorphing effect to activate. There's also no reason to wield the thing if you're not going to hit anyone with it (and thus get put under penance) since its other effects are strictly negative or also hated by Zin.

(0029009) amalloy (developer) 2015-05-05 00:11	I think all that's needed is to set UNRAND_FLAG_CHAOTIC on the plutonium sword; I tested that and it seemed to work, but I'm not sure if this had unwanted ripple effects elsewhere. I'll attach a patch with that simple change momentarily, in case nothing else is needed.

(0029010) amalloy (developer) 2015-05-05 00:16	Actually I just realized that art-data.h is auto-generated, so obviously an edit there is the wrong thing to do. I can't figure out how to edit art-data.txt to cause the change I wanted in art-data.h, though. I'll probably ask in IRC.
