Summary 0000326: Pacified creatures will get stuck on doors
Description Pacified creatures flee to the nearest stair. If a pacified creature can't open an intervening door, it will stand in front of it until something opens it.

They also seem to get stuck on corners, or if there are no stairs on a level and only portals.
