Summary 0003058: Wand of Paralysis auto-IDs when used on sleeping monster
Description The message "The foo suddenly stops moving!" doesn't entirely make sense, when used on a sleeping monster. I think a different message should be applied to sleeping monsters, and that a wand of paralysis shouldn't auto-ID on a sleeping monster.

All wands now auto-ID on use.

Still a little odd that sleeping/inactive monsters 'stop moving', but you could rationalize it as their small involuntary movements ceasing, or similar.
