0012106: fedhas_altar_decomposition doesn't make sense anymore

Description

This is the vault with ghouls and zombies, whereupon approaching, you get the message "Fedhas urges you to decompose the vile beasts imprisoned behind the altar." It's unclear if Fed still hates undead, and he definitely can't just decompose them anymore.
