Summary 0011850: crawl thinks all of D:12 is a Vaults entrance?
Description Attaching save.

^O overview shows Vaults entrances on D:12 and D:13. The D:13 one is obvious (the entrance vault mimicking the V:5 ambush). Anywhere on D:12, attempting ^GV0 elicits "You're already here!".

Not sure what's going on here but it seems to be a travel cache bug, rather than a level bug. In my testing it clears up once you enter the vaults, and when you have a rune it gives you a "travel through D:13?" message from D:12. I think the odd "already there" messaging might be a weird interaction with having no runes (so the portal is locked).

This happened with spider in my current game, both ctrl-o listing two locations for spider and the autotravel behavior. Possibly relevant is that the entrance to spider on lair 4 is directly next to an upstair (as in the vaults entrance ambush vault of course).

Once I entered spider everything went back to normal.
