0011842: Dying as a felid can place you earlier on in a gauntlet

Description

To reproduce, simply die with lives available in a gauntlet. You can be placed anywhere in the gauntlet (within respawning rules), and this includes, among other places, the starting area of the gauntlet, allowing the player to choose a different path and gain loot from more than one of the gauntlet's path. This seems completely counter to the "choose one path" idea of a gauntlet.
