Summary | 0011517: Confusion Blocks Spell Library
Description | While confused, the player is unable to access their spell library with M. With the removal of books, there is no other way for the player to see what spells they have access to. Rather than using confusion as a check which blocks the player from accessing their library, I suggest that the player should instead get an error message when they attempt to memorize a new spell while confused.
