FWIW It reproduces in 0.22-a0-441-gcf5b0c6 as well (tiles and console) I get an error "save file corrupted -- empty block"

I investigated this some, and it seems like the chunk headers in your save file corresponding to each floor of dungeon (not just D:11!) claim to be zero-length. The chunks for Lair floors seem fine.

At this point I ran out of expertise, and couldn't tell what had caused the save file to get this way, or whether there is a simple fix available.

Yeah, I can confirm this too.

Could you tell us anything more about the history of this save file? It was saved with 0.22-a0-430-g6609fc6, but was that an upgrade from anything earlier?

fwiw the source code comment near that error message is `// This reeks of on-disk corruption (zeroed data).` But I'm still not really sure how disk corruption that would lead to the *exact* state of affairs that amalloy found...

I started that game in that same build (it wasn't upgraded).

The only thing I can think of that was remotely unusual is that I think let my computer go to sleep with crawl still open at some point, which I don't usually do, (Typically I save out of crawl before I shut the lid of my computer) however the game was still running just fine when I started back up, and I saved out/reopened the game more than once between closing the lid while playing and the crash in question, so that didn't seem likely to be relevant.
