0011231: Abilities' description can't be viewed by right-clicking them

Description

In Windows Tiles, you can right-click on tiles, monsters, items (on the ground and in right-hand bar's inventory), skills (both on right-hand bar and skill screen), and spells to view their description. However, you can't right-click on abilities to do the same.

This is a significant break in user expectation, especially since some "plain English" descriptions can be too long to be previewed in the message log on hover (see screenshot).

Hopefully, it should be a really quick fix.
