0010270: Beogh gift item quirks

Description

Give Item to Orcish Follower has some issues:
* The text order is really weird, signalling potential bugs in the code:
X drops oldweap
X picks up newweap
X wields newweap
You unwield newweap
X drops oldweap
X picks up newweap
X wields newweap

* If an orc deems an item worthless, it will pick up the item, try it out, then drop it again and pick its' old gear. This still uses up the one gift limit.
Suggested fix: Make orcs always prefer the gear you give them.

* If the orc carries an arbalest (likely Beogh gift) but is currently wielding an one-handed weapon, you can gift it a shield. It will still use the arbalest when applicable despite wearing the shield and despite the arbalest being 2 handed.
Suggested fix: Make the orc drop the arbalest and ammo and/or don't allow gifting of the shield
