0005022: Wand of Polymorph targets should not drop equipment if new form is viable

I just polymorphed Sigmund into a Gnoll. Completely dropped his scythe and robe, but still came at me with his spells. That is a big nerf to enemy combatants.

Given the flavor text when monsters are polymorphed ("Monster evaporates and reforms as a foo"), it makes perfect sense for them to drop their stuff. Perhaps the AI could be set to try to pick its stuff back up if the new form can use it, except if it's currently in melee range of the player.

Setting the AI might be a good idea; granted, the flavor text is exactly that; you can always change the word "evaporates" into something more tangible.

Not a bug, sounds intended and balanced - polymorph can be a double edge sword after all. Please add a feature request to the dev wiki if you think this is an issue.
